It seems I have always had wanderlust. Driven in the search for something. Was I looking for a place to belong, a deeper meaning, a safe place to be or on a mission to find myself.
When I was three we lived in a small town. I wandered away from home. I spent three hours walking around before a police officer stopped me and asked my name, I told him. When he asked me where I lived I told him, “I live in a church”
Looking back at that incident it seems that deeper meaning and a purpose has always been at the forefront of my younger restlessness.
I loved to hear the stories that my great grandfather told about horses, wagons, and prayers in the woods. I dreamed about having that same life.
Walk in peace and beauty
